Workday ERP Consultant

<p><strong>Rate: 90 – 120 PLN/hour (B2B)&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Workday ERP Consultant</strong> to join Flix on a <strong>freelance/service agreement basis (B2B contract)</strong>. This is a contractor engagement for a seasoned HR systems professional who wants to work on impactful, hands-on HR technology challenges.</p> <p><strong>Scope of Services</strong></p> <p>Design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems within Flix People Enablement Tech Department. Work closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the Engagement</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Overview and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the technical and functional implementation of processes using Workday, Greenhouse and further systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understand current business processes, identify gaps, suggest improvements and continuously optimize them</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with key users from HR department and contribute to a stable system environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build trustful relationships with the respective stakeholders and project participants, consult them and represent a competent contact</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About You</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in implementation projects and consulting stakeholders throughout project phases</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Skills:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent &amp; Performance, Headcount Planning, Absences or Workday Integrations modules</li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">Collaboration Model</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cooperation based on a service agreement</strong> (B2B/freelance contract), not an employment contract</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for delivering agreed services and submitting invoices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Location</strong>: open for contractors based in Poland</span></li> </ul>
