<p>We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is one of the most active investors in Web3, with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments, they are seeking a strategic and connected professional to drive growth for their web3 products.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and blockchain space, with a focus on native Web3 projects, to drive business growth and expand product reach.</li> <li>Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the platform.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap and company objectives.</li> <li>Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations to maximize value and accelerate product growth.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strong relationships, enhance brand visibility, and explore partnership prospects.</li> <li>Work closely with the product team to gather partner and user feedback, providing actionable insights to shape the product roadmap and feature enhancements.</li> <li>Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, partnership outcomes, and revenue generation, delivering regular reports to leadership.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You might thrive in this role if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and growth.</li> <li>Exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols, with a proven ability to stay ahead of cutting-edge developments.</li> <li>Strong grasp of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in Web3, with the ability to anticipate shifts and identify high-impact opportunities.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to stay informed on the latest Web3 innovations, tools, and platforms, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.</li> <li>Well-established connections with native Web3 projects, protocols, and communities, with a track record of fostering meaningful partnerships.</li> <li>Outstanding ability to negotiate high-stakes deals and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and achieving measurable outcomes in the Web3 space.</li> <li>Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills and creative approaches to challenges.</li> </ul>
