As a Terminal Operations Manager, you will be part of our Operations Team, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our terminal(s), ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, staff, and vendors. You will play a key role in guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and service quality at the terminal, while providing data-driven insights that support better decision-making across the operation. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, operational environment. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage payments to terminal service providers.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Coordinate bays, platforms, and scheduled arrivals and departures.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Coordinate terminal staff (assistants, supervisors, support staff), including payroll, schedules, and incident tracking.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Oversee general terminal administration: supplies, access control, maintenance, safety and security, cleaning, and local vendors.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage auxiliary services, cleaning, and bus maintenance coordination.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Oversee inventory management.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Generate weekly and monthly reports on incidents, billing (payment status, pending items, discrepancies), operations, and inventory.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Build tracking dashboards to support decision-making.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Provide insights on recurring incidents by business partner, route, unit, or technology.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proven experience in staff leadership and people management.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Experience implementing and monitoring training programs and safety procedures.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Experience in budget management and financial reporting.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Excellent communication skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Personal initiative, resilience, and a self-driven, goal-oriented working attitude.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, operational environment.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluency in English is required.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
