In everything we do, we’re committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.</p> <p>Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the Sony Music Business and Legal Affairs M&amp;A team to 1) fully implement and maintain Diligent Entities, a global entity management platform, and 2) track, coordinate and manage annual corporate report filing compliance.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Diligent Entities aspect of the role will focus on organizing, reviewing, and uploading corporate data from multiple sources into the Diligent Entities platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper classification.
