About the Role This is a pivotal commercial role at a seed-stage life-science ingredients company, sitting at the intersection of cutting-edge drug-delivery technology and B2B sales. You'll be the key bridge between the R&D team and buyers at leading supplement brands and contract manufacturers, turning strong inbound interest into long-term strategic partnerships. What You'll Do Drive the full B2B sales cycle — from qualifying warm leads to closing supply agreements with supplement brands and toll manufacturers. Act as the technical point of contact for customers, translating complex ingredient science into compelling commercial propositions. Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts across nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, and personal care sectors. Collaborate closely with the lab and product team to align customer needs with ingredient capabilities and application development. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits across the DACH region and beyond. Maintain and develop CRM records to track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and forecasting. What We're Looking For Degree in a relevant natural science or technical discipline — e.g. food technology, nutritional science, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, or a business degree with a life-science focus. 2–4 years of B2B sales, key account management, or business development experience in the ingredients, nutraceutical, supplement, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong technical or scientific background, with the ability to sell complex, science-backed products consultatively. Fluency in English; German is a strong plus given the primary market. Proven relationship-building skills and a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach. Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and industry events. Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: €60,000 – €80,000 per year.
