Job Summary: The Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst supports Nextech's reporting, analytics, and data platform initiatives by translating product direction into clear, detailed, and engineering-ready requirements. This role serves as a delivery-focused partners with Product Management, Data Engineering, Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Implementation, and Commercial stakeholders. This is a detail-oriented execution role. The Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst is responsible for breaking down Director-owned epics into well-defined data and user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, data mappings, report specifications, and validation scenarios that delivery teams can execute without ambiguity. The ideal candidate combines business analysis discipline, technical fluency, healthcare technology awareness, and strong written communication. This role is especially important in data-centric product areas where reporting accuracy, field definitions, transformation logic, lineage, and frontend behavior must be clearly documented before engineering begins work. The person in this role helps reduce rework, improve delivery speed, support stakeholder follow-through, and ensure product requirements are sufficiently detailed for implementation.
