The ideal candidate brings a software development, integrations engineering or similarly technical background, along with the communication and organizational skills required to manage external partner relationships.</p> <p>This person will serve as the primary bridge between technology partners and Keeper’s Product and Engineering teams. They will independently assess integration feasibility, test and troubleshoot APIs and webhooks, gather technical requirements, manage partner communications and keep a high-volume pipeline of integrations moving from initial research through validation, launch and ongoing support.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify, evaluate and prioritize technology partners across security, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps, automation and related ecosystems</li> <li>Own the integration and partner pipeline from initial research and outreach through technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch and ongoing coordination</li> <li>Review API, webhook and integration documentation to assess feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements and implementation scope</li> <li>Use tools such as Postman, curl, Git and lightweight scripts to test APIs, validate payloads and troubleshoot integration behavior</li> <li>Read and understand code and technical implementation details well enough to investigate issues and determine when deeper Engineering support is required</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for technology partners, managing correspondence, technical follow-ups, onboarding steps and launch coordination</li> <li>Prepare and submit applications to partner, certification and technology alliance programs, tracking progress and following up through completion</li> <li>Translate partner and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements, use cases, workflows and structured summaries for Product and Engineering</li> <li>Coordinate with Engineering on integration requirements, technical blockers, implementation tradeoffs and release readiness</li> <li>Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective, active and launched integrations, including status, next steps, technical requirements, risks and key contacts</li> <li>Partner with Marketing and Documentation teams to ensure integrations are accurately described, positioned, published and supported</li> <li>Track integration health, partner dependencies and ongoing maintenance needs after launch</li> <li>Define and report metrics including partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated, integrations launched and overall pipeline progress</li> <li>Present partner and integration status, risks, priorities and outcomes to leadership</li> <li>Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve technical research, partner analysis, communication drafting, documentation and workflow efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships or a related technical role</li> <li>Prior experience in a software development, integrations engineering or similarly hands-on technical position</li> <li>Ability to read, understand and write code or scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go or similar</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience working with APIs and webhooks, including reading documentation, making test calls and validating payloads or events</li> <li>Experience using tools such as Postman, curl, Git or similar development and integration-testing tools</li> <li>Strong understanding of common integration patterns, authentication methods, authorization flows and data-exchange concepts</li> <li>Ability to independently test and troubleshoot integration behavior before escalating issues to Engineering</li> <li>Experience translating partner, customer or business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a high-volume and diverse pipeline of technology partners or integrations from sourcing through launch</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience representing a company externally and working internally across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Solutions teams</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting partner-facing and executive-facing communications</li> <li>Experience defining, tracking and presenting pipeline metrics and outcomes to leadership</li> <li>Ability and willingness to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support research, technical analysis, communication, documentation and workflow efficiency</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing, testing or managing integrations across multiple technology categories</li> <li>Experience with security, identity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS collaboration or DevOps platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with platforms such as Wiz, Tenable, SailPoint, Slack, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or similar technologies</li> <li>Familiarity with automation and orchestration ecosystems such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Vault or Jenkins</li> <li>Experience managing partner certification programs, technology alliance applications or marketplace listings</li> <li>Experience supporting integration launches, ongoing maintenance and partner-driven technical escalations</li> <li>Experience working with senior executives or C-level stakeholders on integration or partnership strategy</li> <li>Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise
