Technical Operations Lead

About the Role As Technical Operations Lead, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI/ML company. You will work closely with company leadership to turn priorities into practical systems, improve how teams work, and help the organization scale. What You'll Do Partner with leadership on high-impact work such as hiring, communications, and internal planning. Build and maintain internal tools that track key metrics and improve operational visibility. Coordinate across teams to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows. Review existing processes and propose practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches. Use AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience working in a high-growth startup environment. Experience building and maintaining internal tools, including custom-built tools for defining or monitoring key metrics. Experience improving internal processes and coordinating across teams and projects to address bottlenecks. Experience supporting high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning. Proficiency with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies. Knowledge of Swiss or US legal frameworks, or a background in recruiting, communications, or related operations, is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with equity is offered.
