As a Team Lead Business Development, you will lead the Peru Business Development Team, where you will drive Flix’s sustainable growth through strategic bus partner acquisition, network expansion, and commercial performance optimization. This is a highly visible leadership role in one of Flix’s priority growth markets. It requires strategic thinking, strong commercial and financial acumen, people leadership, and a results-driven mindset. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers while working closely with local and international stakeholders to strengthen Flix’s competitive position in Peru. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Develop a high-performing Business Development team.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Define and execute growth strategies to expand the partner network.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Oversee bus partner acquisition, driven kilometer performance, and long-term relationships.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with local and international teams.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Monitor forecasts, pipeline, and key performance metrics.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Lead high-impact negotiations and strategic partnerships.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">At least 7–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong track record in partnership development and revenue growth.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Advanced analytical and financial skills, including P&L management.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Experience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses is nice to have.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Exposure to multinational and matrix organizations is nice to have.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong executive presence and stakeholder management experience is nice to have.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
