Audit Interface:</strong> Serve as the primary interface for external audits, tax inspections, and interactions with tax authorities, ensuring robust documentation.</li> <li><strong>Ancillary Obligations:</strong> Guarantee the execution of ancillary obligations (obrigações acessórias), including federal and municipal filings.</li> <li><strong>Calendar Management:</strong> Manage the tax payment calendar and critical compliance deadlines through strong cross-functional coordination.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Lead the team responsible for recurring compliance and reporting activities by setting priorities, allocating resources, developing talent, and raising the bar for quality and ownership.</li> <li><strong>Tax Planning Support:</strong> Support tax planning and optimization initiatives with technical analysis and quantitative execution on topics such as transfer pricing, incentives, cost-sharing, and corporate reorganizations.</li> <li><strong>Tax Reform Spearheading:</strong> Lead the tax front for the Consumption Tax Reform in Brazil, including process redesign, system implications, and implementation monitoring.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation, better data utilization, more robust reconciliations, exception monitoring, and AI-enabled workflows, where applicable.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership:</strong> Partner closely with FP&amp;A, Controllership, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure tax requirements are reflected in business decisions, controls, and operational processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Solid Experience:</strong> Strong background in tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax reporting in Brazil within complex and highly rigorous environments.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Deep Tax Knowledge:</strong> In-depth knowledge of corporate taxes and recurring tax obligations, including IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF, IOF, and cross-border withholdings.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ancillary Filings:</strong> Proven experience managing ancillary obligations such as ECF, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, DIMP, and related routines.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Audit Experience:</strong> Proven track record conducting tax audits, discussing with tax authorities, and interacting with external auditors with confidence and technical credibility.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Governance &amp;
