Together, they seamlessly deliver human capital services and solutions, across all stages of an employee’s lifecycle at KKR.<br>The Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team within Human Capital was launched in 2020 with a small, US focused effort. Today, we are a global team of 20+ with capabilities to recruit from campus and other early career pipelines through to senior, experienced hires across our Asset Management, Insurance and Business Operations groups. We are now focused on growing our APAC TA platform and the team is committed to building strong partnerships across the firm, and is a tight-knit, collaborative group that values excellence and teamwork.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>KKR is seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join the firm’s growing APAC Talent Acquisition team and support our Business Operations recruiting efforts based in Gurugram. This is a contractual role for a period of one year, engaged through a third-party payroll. This individual will play an integral role in shaping the firm’s talent strategy by helping to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates in support of KKR’s continued global growth.<br>The ideal candidate will have a broad range of non-tech recruiting experience in the financial services industry across corporate functions such as finance, legal, operations, human capital, and other business support areas. They will be able to operate independently and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts from end to end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient, with a keen eye for both strategic alignment and detail execution.<br><br>Responsibilities<br> Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles across Finance, Legal, Operations, Human Capital, and other corporate/business support functions.<br> Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — providing guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and process best practices from the market.<br> Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping, etc.).<br> Evaluate, interview, and present high-caliber candidates, ensuring thoughtful feedback loops and continuous refinement of search strategy.<br> Partner closely with senior business leaders and Human Capital Business Partners to anticipate demand and proactively build talent pipelines.<br> Bring forward innovative sourcing approaches and ideas to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.<br> Participate actively in hiring manager discussions to stay aligned with business changes and talent priorities; act as a subject matter expert for non-tech recruitment.<br> Ensure an exceptional candidate experience — maintaining timely communication, sharing feedback, and representing the firm’s values throughout the process.<br> Educate candidates on the firm’s culture, growth opportunities, and value proposition.<br> Lead compensation and offer discussions with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure competitive, informed, and timely closures.<br> Leverage Greenhouse to its full functionality for requisition management, pipeline tracking, and data integrity.<br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> 5–8 years of proven experience in non-tech recruitment within a high-performing corporate or search firm environment (preferably financial services).<br> Strong understanding of non-tech corporate function roles, evolving skillsets, and market trends across finance, controls, operations, and business support.<br> Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.<br> Experience hiring across multiple disciplines and managing competing priorities with agility.<br> Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.<br> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior candidates and business leaders.<br> Creative, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.<br> Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.<br> Expertise in direct sourcing and in engaging passive candidates.<br> Experience managing complex compensation and offer negotiations.<br> Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).</p> <p><strong>Engagement & Work Structure</strong><br> This is a contractual position for a duration of one year, engaged and paid through a third-party payroll provider.<br> KKR operates a hybrid work structure, with 4 days per week working from the office (Gurugram).</p> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>KKR is an equal opportunity employer.
