In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top GTM & G&A talent while championing Fivetran’s values. What You’ll Do <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, primarily in North America</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Partner with GTM & G&A leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts</li> </ul> Skills We’re Looking For <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of GTM & G&A SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Proven success hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, including senior-level positions</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter</li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.  Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
