You'll be part of a globally distributed IT Infrastructure Support Team that owns and manages critical services — including the employee device lifecycle (Microsoft Intune/Autopilot), our Atlassian cloud environment, and technical event support. What you'll do <ul> <li>Resolve employee IT requests efficiently via our ticketing system, providing a smooth and friendly support experience</li> <li>Manage the device lifecycle end-to-end — hardware procurement, provisioning, setup, asset tracking, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Support collaboration tools including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive</li> <li>Help employees get the most out of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM</li> <li>Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and IT documentation to support self-service and team efficiency</li> <li>Build hands-on experience with device management platforms and IT infrastructure tooling</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, contributing to team ceremonies and cross-functional projects</li> </ul> What you bring <ul> <li>A degree, certification, or vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems)</li> <li>2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical customer support</li> <li>Solid working knowledge of Office 365 and standard workplace collaboration tools</li> <li>Comfort communicating clearly and patiently with non-technical users</li> <li>Curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and workflows</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot)</li> <li>Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)</li> <li>Experience supporting employees across multiple time zones or global offices (nice to have)</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
