Supply Chain Functional Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

About the Role A large supply chain client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant with deep, SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale digital transformation program. You'll work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities. This is a remote, long-term contract (1 year+, with extension possible) engagement supporting a client headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. What You'll Do Requirements & Process Management Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners. Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains. Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments. Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership. Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams. Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders. Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities. What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs. SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within manufacturing environments. Strong hands-on experience with order management and order entry . Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale end-to-end ERP or business transformation initiatives (enterprise-level implementation experience required). Proficiency with ERP platforms — SAP, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise systems. Strong skills in SQL queries and target/data mapping . Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders. Soft Skills Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
