Studio Operations Manager

<div> <p>As a Studio Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the studio — bringing structure, energy and clarity to how everything runs. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, with a deep understanding of the studio’s technical set-up, ensuring equipment and spaces are used to their full creative and commercial potential.</p> <p>You’ll also play a key role in shaping how the studio evolves — from refining processes and optimising workflows, to influencing decisions around space, equipment and overall set-up. Working closely with internal and external partners, including architects and suppliers, you’ll help create an environment that works seamlessly for artists and teams alike.</p> <p>Given the nature of recording projects and artist schedules, this role operates within a task-based model.
