If you're excited about a role, we'd love to hear from you!</p></div><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>In this high-visibility role at a fast-growing company, you will work together with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development and partner with functional leaders across the company to analyze the business, develop strategic initiatives to scale and grow the company, and work cross-functionally to execute the initiatives you develop. You’ll collaborate closely with the go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing and also shape overall company strategy through helping to define what sustainable, scalable growth means and developing our path to profitability. We’re looking for someone who can pair strong analysis with strategic thinking, who is operationally-minded and loves to build (processes, models, analyses, etc.), and who has a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.</p> <p>This position is eligible for remote work within the USA, however it is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Act as a partner </strong>and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives </li> <li><strong>Perform key strategic and financial analyses </strong>to support high-impact decisions (e.g., pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, expansion, etc.)</li> <li>Partner with leaders across the organization to <strong>develop a vision for how we scale efficiently, achieve profitability, and improve the financial performance </strong>of the business</li> <li><strong>Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decision-making </strong>(e.g., bringing on new vendors, developing new products, etc.)</li> <li>Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are / Requirements:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have 5+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, and / or Ops / Strategy / Strategic Finance at a startup</li> <li>You are a master of Excel and are familiar with data visualization and AI tools </li> <li>You are able to develop and present (via presentations, dashboards, etc.) complex issues in a digestible and compelling manner</li> <li>You have a robust understanding of financial statements and have built financial models from scratch</li> <li>You have at minimum a basic understanding of accounting concepts </li> <li>You are able to work autonomously with minimal guidance </li> <li>You are humble, scrappy, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments</li> <li>You have strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail</li> <li>You are passionate about building and improving operational processes</li> <li>Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus</li> <li>Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.</li> <li>Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
