The team partners across business, product, engineering, risk, and vendor organizations to improve the member experience while balancing service quality, operational risk, unit economics, staffing capacity, and expense efficiency.</span></p><p><span>A finance partner supporting Global Operations helps translate these operational drivers into forecasts, budgets, KPI insights, and investment tradeoffs that enable leaders to make disciplined, data-driven decisions.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>What you’ll do:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Facilitate annual, quarterly, and intra-quarter financial forecasting for SoFi’s Operations Function</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the monthly close and budget vs. actuals analysis in partnership with accounting and strategic finance partners to drive clarity and accountability on expense trends for Operations and Business leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Make decisions on whether the firm should deviate from the forecasted quarterly plan by weighing financial and strategic trade-offs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with key stakeholders within Operations and the FP&A team to create and communicate regular guidance on forward-looking financial performance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enable the Operations teams to prioritize initiatives and make real-time decisions by evaluating and sizing impacts on volumes, revenues, and variable profit</span></p></li><li><p><span>In partnership with the Data team, identify and monitor key performance metrics and develop actionable insights</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare internal and external materials to facilitate management discussion and analysis of key financial and business performance indicators (e.g. demand planning, budget vs actuals, operational-specific KPIs)</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What you’ll need:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>6+ years of experience, ideally in financial services, operations, private equity, FP&A, consulting or corporate finance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience preparing and presenting information to key decision-makers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced technical proficiency with the capacity to leverage tools like Excel, Workday, Google Suite, SQL, and emerging AI technologies to solve complex problems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborative working style and demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships</span></p></li><li><p><span>Inquisitive nature, attention to detail, diligence, and a flexible attitude</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to embrace unstructured environments and problems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Time and project management skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field</span></p></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
