You will own a defined set of strategic accounts and operate as a senior deal leader. The ideal candidate is capable of navigating complex buying committees, diagnosing deeply rooted revenue cycle challenges, and building compelling business cases that resonate at the executive level.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>This is not a transactional sales role. It is designed for a seller who thrives in long, consultative sales cycles, brings discipline to opportunity strategy, and can consistently win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>You will partner closely with leadership, product, and marketing to expand our presence within large healthcare systems and deliver measureable value to the organizations we serve.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div class="posting-requirements plain-list"><div><h3>Lead Complex Deal Strategy:</h3> <ul> <li>Operate as the quarterback for complex, multi-threaded opportunities involving numerous stakeholders and decision makers.</li> <li>Develop clear win strategies, champion maps, and executive alignment plans.</li> <li>Navigate procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes typical within large healthcare organizations.</li> <li>Maintain disciplined deal execution through structured opportunity planning and internal collaboration.</li> </ul> <h3>Elevate Discovery and Value Diagnosis:</h3> <ul> <li>Conduct high-quality discovery that surfaces operational challenges across the revenue cycle.</li> <li>Diagnose workflow inefficiencies, patient billing friction, and revenue leakage that impact healthcare organizations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate these insights into compelling ROI and operational improvement narratives that resonate with executive buyers.</li> <li>Position Collectly as a strategic partner in improving the patient billing experience while helping healthcare organizations collect what they are owed.</li> </ul> <h3>Build and Maintain Strategic Pipeline:</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities through targeted outbound activity and account planning.</li> <li>Partner with Sales Development and Marketing to penetrate priority healthcare systems.</li> <li>Build multi-threaded engagement across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders within targeted accounts.</li> <li>Maintain disciplined opportunity management and accurate forecasting.</li> </ul> <h3>Operate with Precision and Accountability:</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain strong command of pipeline health, opportunity progression, and close plans.</li> <li>Use data to evaluate deal momentum and identify risks early.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with leadership to continuously refine strategic sales motion and execution.</li> <li>Operate with a high degree of ownership over both individual performance and team success.</li> </ul></div></div></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><div class="posting-requirements plain-list"><div><h3>Within the first 90 days:</h3> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of Collectly's platform, buyer personas, and healthcare revenue cycle workflows.</li> <li>Build a clear strategic plan for their assigned territory and target accounts.</li> <li>Establish strong internal alignment with product, marketing, and sales leadership.</li> <li>Create early-stage pipeline within priority health systems.</li> </ul> <h3>Over two quarters, success includes:</h3> <ul> <li>Closing strategic six-figure opportunities.</li> <li>Building a predictable pipeline of enterprise healthcare opportunities.</li> <li>Developing strong executive relationships within large health systems.</li> <li>Consistently progressing complex deals with clear strategy and momentum.</li> </ul></div></div></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Qualifications</h3><div class="posting-requirements plain-list"><div><h3>Required</h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of B2B SaaS experience selling revenue cycle management technology or solutions within healthcare.</li> <li>Demonstrated success closing 6-7 figure contracts in multi-stakeholder sales environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare buying processes including finance, IT, compliance, and procurement.</li> <li>Strong enterprise sales methodology experience (MEDDPICC, Challenger, GAP selling, or similar).</li> <li>Consistency in meeting or exceeding quota in strategic or enterprise sales roles.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex opportunities from discovery through close.</li> <li><strong>Alignment with Collectly's GTM Values</strong>: <ul> <li><span>We are owners</span> -
