Job Description: The Marketing Team at Shield AI is hiring a Video Editor focused on crafting compelling stories across a wide range of formats, from high-volume short-form content to polished long-form narratives. You are a creative, detail-oriented editor with strong technical expertise and a refined storytelling sensibility who can transform complex ideas into engaging visual content through pacing, structure, sound design, and visual polish. You partner closely with business development, marketing leadership, program managers, and production teams to shape narratives in post, aligning edits with story, tone, and platform-specific requirements across aspect ratios and distribution channels. You are comfortable working across a diverse slate of projects, balancing quick-turn social and digital content with more in-depth, cinematic storytelling pieces. You execute end-to-end post-production workflows, including media organization, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and finishing. You maintain clean, organized project files to support collaboration and scalability, and you deliver high-quality assets optimized for a variety of platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of craft and consistency.
