If you care about doing your best work while actually moving the needle for real people, you'll fit right in. <h2 style="text-align: justify;">What You'll Do</h2> Your day-to-day   <ul> <li>You'll drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and predictable execution.</li> <li>You'll lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from inception through delivery, ensuring clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.</li> <li>You'll partner with engineering, product management, marketing, legal, compliance, security, risk, and operations to define program goals, deliverables, and execution plans.</li> <li>You'll develop detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps that align technical work with business objectives and priorities.</li> <li>You'll own and improve information-flow pipelines that reduce friction, surface the right level of detail to stakeholders, and reduce manual toil through automation.</li> <li>You'll identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, driving timely resolution of issues and roadblocks.</li> <li>You'll communicate program status, progress, decisions, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels through clear, concise updates and reporting</li> <li>You'll build strong relationships across teams and mentor junior program managers by sharing knowledge, tools, and effective program-management practices.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Who You Are</h2> The right fit looks like this You're a strategic, hands-on program leader who can turn complex technical work into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes. You communicate clearly, give direct feedback, and expect the same in return. <h2 style="text-align: justify;">What You Bring</h2> Skills & experience <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You'll have 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, complex programs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You've demonstrated a strong track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You bring a strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience or knowledge in financial services.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You've used AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve your own productivity.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience mentoring or supporting other program managers and leading cross-functional initiatives.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Our AI Mindset</h2> We build with AI.
