About the Role The mission of the Engineering Program Management Office (PMO) is to implement program and project management methodologies that enable Fivetran to deliver complex products and initiatives on time and within expectations.  In addition, the Engineering PMO serves as the subject-matter expert on project and program management standards, directing a department-wide approach to project delivery and communication. You will help plan, track, and execute the company's most critical and cross-cutting product and engineering objectives. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex programs and projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will communicate and work in close collaboration with partners across the engineering team as well as other business partners to achieve this vision.  This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad, Serbia office. font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in a technical position (software engineer, QE, platform engineer, etc.)</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">6+ years of experience in technical project/program management</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
