Job Description: The Staff Paralegal will serve as a key member of the Legal team, providing senior-level paralegal support across four core areas: (i) general corporate matters, including entity management; (ii) litigation; (iii) employment; and (iv) support of stock administration. This highly experienced professional will partner with the Chief Legal Officer, in-house attorneys, and a broad network of internal and external partners—from the board and executive team to finance, people, security and administrative teammates, outside counsel, and service providers. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be an action-oriented, highly organized operator who thrives on managing multiple projects and workflows at once, moves quickly on urgent and shifting priorities, and brings the judgment, discretion, and precision required to drive mission outcomes at a high-growth defense technology company.
