In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building and managing a multidisciplinary team of test engineers, defining and executing the overall test strategy, and ensuring the quality and testability of our electronic components. You will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, System Engineering &amp; Integration Test (SEIT), Manufacturing, and Product teams to support the entire product lifecycle—from early prototyping and NPI through full production ramp and ongoing sustaining support for released products.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Work</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Team Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Manufacturing Test Engineering team focused on sub-system test strategies for electronics and controls.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and drive a global PCBA test strategy across manufacturing operations, aligning with business goals for quality, scalability, and throughput.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and oversee comprehensive lifecycle management programs for all manufacturing test assets, including standardized documentation and robust handover protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Champion test data infrastructure and analytics, driving the implementation of real-time dashboards to enable rapid root cause analysis and predictive failure monitoring.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Operations &amp;
