These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role. Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partnerships, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of cross-functional financial planning and financial performance reporting, with a specific focus on topline, revenue, and GTM (Go-To-Market) costs. In addition, the Sr. Financial Analyst will perform analysis to advise on strategic decisions that will impact the financial outlook for the business. The scope of the role will specialize in Topline (from Bookings to Annual Recurring Revenue), and GAAP Gross Margin (from Revenue to GTM Costs). The role will require a high level of technical aptitude, designing and implementing advanced financial models, converting large volumes of data into tools that are tailored for executive decision making. Therefore, significant experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, FP&A systems, and advanced Excel functionality (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query) is a strict requirement. The role brings analytical, data mining, data modeling and data management skills, and ability to utilize data to drive strategic business directions. Most importantly, the candidate must have a proven track record of achieving outstanding business outcomes through this type of financial modelling and business partnering.
