Content is central to that experience, and the Global Content Organization helps ensure Pinterest has the right content ecosystem to inspire users around the world.</p> <p>As a Senior Business Analyst on the Integrated Content Solutions team, you will help shape how Pinterest understands content performance, content producers, and emerging trends across the platform. You will combine quantitative analysis, data mining, business storytelling, and scalable data product development to turn complex data into actionable insights for the Content team and cross-functional partners.</p> <p>This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, working with large-scale data, and building tools that help teams make better decisions. Your work will influence content strategy, operational rigor, and opportunities for creators across the Pinterest ecosystem.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Synthesize large amounts of data from disparate sources and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, helping partners understand performance, trends, and opportunities across the content ecosystem.</li> <li>Monitor key operating metrics and provide timely insights on trends influencing content performance, content producer outcomes, and progress against team goals.</li> <li>Leverage internal ETL/ELT tools to build and maintain foundational datasets that support accurate, consistent, and scalable analysis for the Content team.</li> <li>Build scalable analytics products and tools — including dashboards, reporting workflows, alerts, and dynamic data applications — that make complex information more accessible, actionable, and useful for stakeholders.</li> <li>Use AI and other emerging tools thoughtfully to accelerate analytics workflows, support data product development, and improve how stakeholders engage with data, while maintaining strong judgment, validation, and ownership of final outputs.</li> <li>Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Content Partnerships, Editorial, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Product Analytics, and global teams to frame business questions, define success, incorporate feedback, and turn insights into practical tools and recommendations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in business and data analytics in fast-paced data-driven environments such as tech, management consulting, and sales.</li> <li>Advance SQL skills required, experience with Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data analysis, automation, or prototyping a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience building foundational datasets, data models, or ETL/ELT workflows that support repeatable analysis, reporting, and decision-making.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use AI or emerging tools to augment analytics workflows – such as accelerating analysis, generating or debugging code, summarizing findings, or supporting data product development — with a clear approach to validating accuracy, protecting sensitive data, and maintaining ownership of final deliverables.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical partners.</li> <li>Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, clarify ambiguous business questions, define success metrics, prioritize work based on impact, and incorporate feedback into high-quality deliverables.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Software Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
