About the Role: The Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead is responsible for supporting the SVP, Global Controller to advance the maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the company's accounting operating model. This role will partner closely with the global leadership team to identify, prioritize, plan and execute accounting transformational initiatives that support the company's growth and long-term strategic objectives. With the Global Controller, this leader will co-develop and drive accounting transformation spanning organizational design, process standardization, technology enablement, public-company readiness. The successful candidate will combine proven experience in accounting and strategy development, change management, operational excellence. Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead should have exceptional project management skills along with exceptional communication experience and demonstrated success with delivering excellence for stakeholders.
