You are responsible for executing critical payment workflows, but your role goes beyond following a process. You understand the work you are doing, recognize when something doesn’t look right, and use the information and tools available to investigate issues and make thoughtful decisions. When a problem comes up, you take ownership and help see it through to resolution. You are curious about how things work and how they could work better. What You Will Work On <ul> <li>Execute critical payment operations accurately and on time across payment processing, funds movement, reconciliations, exceptions, and other payment workflows.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve payment issues, using data, payments knowledge, and sound judgment to understand what happened, determine the right next step, and own issues through resolution.</li> <li>Protect our customers and Justworks by following established controls, recognizing potential risks or unusual activity, and escalating issues when appropriate.</li> <li>Help improve how Payments Operations works by identifying recurring problems, suggesting better ways of working, and providing feedback on processes, tools, and automation.</li> <li>Use and adopt new tools and ways of working, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to improve accuracy and efficiency while sharing what you learn with the team.</li> </ul> How You Will Work As a Specialist, Payments Operations, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
