<p>We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. We are hiring an Integration Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing hands-on support, resolving integration-related queries, and offering ongoing technical assistance post-launch. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API integrations, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, and a strong commitment to client success. This role requires to be based in Shenzhen.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Guide clients step-by-step through the technical integration of the card-issuing API, from initial setup to full deployment.</li> <li>Serve as the main technical contact, providing hands-on support, answering integration questions, and delivering continuous post-launch technical assistance.</li> <li>Debug and resolve technical issues in sandbox and production environments, collaborating with clients to identify and implement solutions.</li> <li>Perform technical configuration tasks, including whitelisting, credential setup, and other system configurations.</li> <li>Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support clients and streamline their integration process.</li> <li>Provide timely, effective first-line technical support via client communication channels (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp).</li> <li>Translate client feedback and integration challenges into actionable insights for internal Software Engineering teams to enhance the API and services.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through successful integration and beyond.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li> <li>2+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager) with a focus on API integrations.</li> <li>Proven ability to guide clients through complex technical processes with hands-on support.</li> <li>Expertise in working with and troubleshooting RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving integration issues.</li> <li>Experience creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly technical documentation.</li> <li>Proactive, client-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership over client success.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software development.</li> <li>Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech), blockchain, or cryptocurrency is a plus.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.</li> </ul>
