In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) solution designs for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review study protocols, translate client requirements into optimized solution designs, and ensure accurate and efficient project delivery aligned with clinical objectives.   What We Offer <ul> <li> Competitive compensation </li> <li> Private health insurance </li> <li> Engaging employee programs </li> <li> Flexible work schedules </li> <li> Attractive PTO plan </li> <li> Flexible workspace options </li> </ul> <h3> </h3>   What You’ll Be Doing <ul> <li> Coordinate the overall Solutions Design Process for client studies. </li> <li> Review clinical trial protocols to identify solution needs and define study-specific eCOA designs. </li> <li> Gather sponsor requirements and recommend Clario’s best design components to meet study needs. </li> <li> Create and maintain design specifications ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery, and database structures. </li> <li> Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing (CSTL) to align on requirements and data integrity. </li> <li> Present solution designs during internal and external milestone meetings. </li> <li> Support project scoping, change control, and testing processes as needed. </li> <li> Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives. </li> <li> Maintain organized documentation and support study tracking efforts. </li> </ul> <h3> </h3>   What We Look For <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; degree in science or healthcare-related field preferred. </li> <li> Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials or equivalent role. </li> <li> Ability to interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires, and data models. </li> <li> Proven experience in translating client requirements into design specifications. </li> <li> Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at all levels. </li> <li> Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards. </li> <li> Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li> Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li> <li> Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with technical documentation tools a plus. </li> <li> Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. </li> <li> Based in Costa Rica, with ability to work fully remote. </li> </ul>   At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
