Your team You will be part of our Solutions Consultants team, a team with diverse professional backgrounds who aim to know everything about Frontify and how customers can get the most out of it. We sit inside Customer Delivery and operate as one unified group across markets and segments – no silos, no empire-building. We love asking and receiving good questions, care about genuine customer outcomes and really get going when things become challenging. Working cross-functionally, we bridge gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business. Your Mission You’ll be the ultimate product expert: The go-to person for detailed instructions and guidance on what is (and what isn’t) possible with Frontify. Not only do you know how to position Frontify for various use cases when helping our commercial teams during a pitch, but you’ll also find creative workarounds and alternative ways of using our platform in order to improve the value a customer gets out of Frontify, and you will add valuable insights for our product strategy based on customer interactions. To best support our commercial teams, you’ll also get to know the tools our customers use most and advise on how to use Frontify with these tools through integrations, plugins, or separately. These tools include Figma, InDesign, CMSs and n8n. You’re curious to learn how our customers use items like Frontify’s API and SDK to improve their Frontify experience, even if you haven’t worked with these before. As the centralized repository for technical consulting, you’ll collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to successfully convert opportunities and grow accounts over time. You’ll also build a bridge to Product Marketing and Product Management teams to generate scalable materials and trainings that will help the company’s commercial success.
