Your team You will be part of our Solutions Consultants team, a team with diverse professional backgrounds who aim to know everything about Frontify and how customers can get the most out of it. We sit inside Customer Delivery and operate as one unified group across markets and segments – no silos, no empire-building. Working cross-functionally, we bridge gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business. Your Mission You'll help define how Frontify brings AI to customers. As our AI Solutions Consultant, you'll be the trusted expert that Sales, Customer Success, and customers turn to when they want to understand what's possible with Frontify in the age of agentic workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI-powered brand management. Working at the intersection of technology, customer advisory, and product strategy, you'll translate emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions that create real business value. You'll help customers discover new ways of working while bringing valuable insights back into the business to influence our product roadmap, strengthen our go-to-market messaging, and build scalable AI best practices across the organization. You'll begin your journey within our Solutions Consulting team, building deep product expertise across Frontify's platform before progressively specializing in AI consulting. Over time, you'll become one of Frontify's leading voices on AI, helping shape both how we talk about AI and what we build next.
