As the flagship role within the organization, the Solution Architect is expected to deliver a wide range of projects of all sizes and scopes, from small deployments or upgrades to large-scale consulting and design engagements.  Position Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise Commvault Software and SaaS solutions.</li> <li>Advise customers on data protection, cyber recovery, cloud transformation, compliance, and operational resilience strategies.</li> <li>Produce high-level and low-level solution designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.</li> <li>Deliver complex global deployments, migrations, upgrades, and remediation projects.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across customer environments.</li> <li>Develop automation and operational improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate with global architects, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.</li> <li>Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customer success, solution adoption, and long-term value realisation.</li> <li>Maintain expertise in emerging technologies, cyber resilience, cloud platforms, and Commvault best practices.</li> </ul> Position Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline</li> <li>Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) language skills.</li> <li>Proven advanced experience of designing and/or operating Commvault solutions in the enterprise</li> <li>Strong knowledge of enterprise data protection, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and information management solutions</li> <li>Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), private cloud, virtualisation, containers, and enterprise storage technologies</li> <li>Strong understanding of networking, Linux, Windows, databases, and Microsoft 365 workloads</li> <li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and organisational skills</li> <li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel</li> </ul> #LI-SK1 #LI-REMOTE  <div class="content-conclusion"><div class="jd-info au-target" data-ph-at-id="jobdescription-text" data-ph-id="ph-page-element-page5-4e8TMw"> Commvault is an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
