WHAT YOU'LL DO <ul> <li>Build high-impact, real-time treasury and financing systems used across global trading time zones, delivering tools that materially change how desks operate</li> <li>Design and implement scalable C#/.NET services and APIs that process trades, financing, and liquidity data with low latency and high reliability</li> <li>Partner with traders, funding managers, and operations to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into production software</li> <li>Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices within the team, including source control, continuous integration, and automated deployment workflows</li> <li>Develop responsive front-end components using React or another modern front-end framework to create intuitive internal user experiences</li> <li>Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and test-driven development workflows</li> <li>Operate and support production systems: diagnose and resolve elevated software incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive remediation measures</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and architecture patterns to improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity</li> <li>Collaborate and mentor as part of a distributed development team across the USA, Poland, and India to scale the platform and grow team capabilities</li> </ul> WHAT'S REQUIRED <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical or scientific field</li> <li>6 to 10 years of object-oriented programming experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem in a financial domain</li> <li>Working knowledge of React or another modern front-end framework with production development experience</li> <li>Significant experience working with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and query tuning</li> <li>Demonstrated experience writing automated tests and unit tests and applying Test-Driven Development practices</li> <li>Knowledge of software design and architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, observability and monitoring practices, and containerization with Docker</li> <li>Experience implementing DevOps practices and using source control and continuous integration tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins</li> <li>Proven experience providing production application support, diagnosing incidents, and implementing remediation and stability improvements</li> <li>Experience working as part of a distributed development team across multiple time zones (USA, Poland, India)</li> <li>Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards</li> </ul> WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
