Job Summary: The Software Engineer in Test II – Performance Testing plays a key role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of Nextech's applications and platforms. This individual designs and executes automated performance testing solutions, analyzes system performance data, identifies bottlenecks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing software. The role combines performance engineering, automation, observability, and continuous testing practices to support reliable, scalable solutions while driving quality and operational excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
