You'll work on features that interact with LLMs and agentic systems, collaborating across product, design, and quality engineering to deliver capabilities that matter. This is a chance to work on cutting-edge technology while building products that directly impact our customers' ability to understand their data.</div> </div> <p><strong>How You’ll Find Success</strong></p> <ul> <li>Takes initiative on projects with clear outcomes and context, working entrepreneurially to solve problems.</li> <li>Writes clean, well-tested code and understands the importance of code reviews and best practices in software development.</li> <li>Collaborates effectively across functions (PM, UX, QE, and other engineering teams) and communicates clearly about progress and blockers.</li> <li>Learns new technologies quickly and adapts to shifting priorities as the team explores what works in the AI space.</li> <li>Contributes to team knowledge by sharing learnings and helping others level up on new tools and approaches.</li> <li>Demonstrates curiosity about the full stack, from backend systems to user-facing interfaces, and is willing to work across the entire technology spectrum.</li> <li>Shows ownership of features end-to-end, driving work forward even when it requires coordination with multiple teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You’ll Grow</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work directly with LLMs and agentic systems, technologies that are reshaping software development and where hands-on experience is rare and valuable.</li> <li>Ramp quickly on a modern tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, SQL) with a team that documents and shares learnings daily.</li> <li>Grow your full-stack capabilities by working across frontend and backend systems on the same features.</li> <li>Develop cross-functional collaboration skills by partnering with product, design, and other engineering teams on complex projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and ship features that leverage LLMs and agentic systems to power Qualtrics' text analytics capabilities, working across the full stack from database to UI.</li> <li>Collaborate with other engineering teams in the Enrichments space to integrate your work and unblock downstream dependencies.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality practices that keep the codebase maintainable and reliable as the team scales.</li> <li>Learn and apply new AI tooling and development practices alongside your teammates, contributing to the team's collective knowledge base.</li> <li>Contribute to the team's approach to agile development, experimenting with new ideas and iterating quickly based on what works.</li> <li>Drive ownership of assigned projects, managing dependencies and communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For On Your Resume</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Computer Science or related technology field</li> <li>0 - 2 years of full time work experience in software development</li> <li>Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including code reviews, testing, and collaboration with other engineers.</li> <li>Experience with at least one modern programming language and willingness to learn TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.</li> <li>Some exposure to UI development is helpful but not required;
