Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Drive technical discussions and decisions, ensuring effective application architecture and programming standards are implemented.</li> <li>Design and manage processes for software development, testing, monitoring, and change management, while collaborating with product teams to align technical and business goals.</li> <li>Identify and address technical debt, continuously improving team productivity and supporting the delivery of high-impact mobile applications.</li> <li>Contribute to the design and development of next-generation native iOS applications for premium digital products.</li> <li>Evaluate technical approaches, frameworks, and technologies based on business value, scalability, maintainability, and project delivery.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team, leveraging strong knowledge of mobile development tools and technologies.</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends and emerging development techniques and make recommendations regarding their potential application.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Must-have Skills</strong></em> <em>(Remember to include years of experience)</em></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in native iOS mobile application development.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Swift and SwiftUI</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>data structures, system design, and software design patterns</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>API design</strong> and application architectures such as <strong>MVC or MVVM</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>declarative UI development</strong>.</li> <li>Experience using <strong>Git</strong> and familiarity with <strong>DevOps</strong> practices.</li> <li>Ability to participate in technical discussions and make decisions related to application architecture, frameworks, scalability, maintainability, and software development standards.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with product teams and align technical solutions with business goals.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency</strong>: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
