References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>KKR's Global Marketing team is seeking an experienced <strong>Social Media Manager (12-Month FTC)</strong> to support the firm's growing social media presence across KKR and its portfolio of subsidiary brands throughout EMEA.</p> <p>This individual will be responsible for developing high-quality social media content, managing executive social media programs, and partnering closely with colleagues across Marketing, Global Communications, and business teams to amplify the firm's announcements, insights, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with strong editorial judgment, executive presence, and experience operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.</p> <p>This role is based in Dublin and will work closely with senior stakeholders across Europe while partnering with the broader global social media team.</p> <p><strong>IDEAL EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate brings <strong>8–10 years of experience</strong> in social media, corporate communications, or content strategy, ideally within financial services, asset management, private equity, or an agency supporting financial services clients.</p> <p>They are an outstanding copywriter who can translate complex business topics into compelling social content while maintaining a consistent brand voice. They have experience supporting executive social media programs—particularly on LinkedIn—and are comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders to support their executive social media presence.</p> <p>The successful candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to balance multiple priorities while incorporating feedback from numerous stakeholders across communications, compliance, marketing, and business teams.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft compelling social media copy for KKR and subsidiary social media channels across LinkedIn and other platforms.</li> <li>Manage executive social media programs for senior leaders across EMEA, including content development, editorial planning, publishing, and optimization.</li> <li>Partner closely with Global Communications to translate corporate announcements, transactions, insights, events, and thought leadership into engaging social-first content.</li> <li>Recommend creative social media angles and content opportunities that extend the reach and impact of key communications initiatives.</li> <li>Develop and maintain social content calendars while ensuring timely execution of content.</li> <li>Brief in and collaborate with designers, video editors, and agency partners to produce best-in-class social media assets.</li> <li>Manage content reviews across multiple stakeholders, thoughtfully incorporating feedback while maintaining message clarity and editorial quality.</li> <li>Publish and schedule content using enterprise social media management platforms, including Sprinklr.</li> <li>Ensure all content aligns with KKR brand standards, compliance requirements, and platform best practices.</li> <li>Monitor platform trends and recommend new formats, creative approaches, and engagement opportunities.</li> <li>Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach through ongoing optimization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–10 years of experience in social media, corporate communications, content marketing, or digital communications.</li> <li>Experience within financial services, asset management, private equity, or at an agency supporting financial services clients.</li> <li>Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing executive social media accounts, particularly on LinkedIn.</li> <li>Strong executive presence and confidence working directly with senior leadership.</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience translating complex business topics into clear, engaging social media content.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li> <li>Proficiency with enterprise social media management platforms, including Sprinklr (preferred), as well as LinkedIn native tools and analytics platforms.</li> <li>Strong understanding of brand governance, reputation management, and compliance considerations within regulated industries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior business leaders with thought leadership programs.</li> <li>Background working alongside Corporate Communications or Public Relations teams.</li> <li>Experience developing social media content around corporate announcements, transactions, and executive visibility.</li> <li>Strong editorial instincts with the ability to identify compelling storytelling opportunities.</li> <li>Experience collaborating across global teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with employee advocacy and executive amplification strategies.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>KKR is an equal opportunity employer.
