The Client Our client, Sechaba Oa Selialia, is the CEO of a Johannesburg-based venture-building studio, and honestly, he's basically running a small empire. Think commercial drone cleaning and pipeline inspection tech, a major seating deal at a live entertainment venue next to a well-known stadium, solar projects popping up across southern Africa, and an EV spares business getting ready for the electric wave. He's a former strategy consultant turned serial founder, the kind of guy who never forgets a name and treats every relationship like it matters (because to him, it does). The catch? Between a growing team, a house full of young kids, and a to-do list that multiplies overnight, even the best connectors need backup.
