Drive the development and innovation of Flix's own ticket sales across Latin America, working hand in hand with local shop organizations and retail partners About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage end-to-end projects that improve in-store sales processes, tools, and the customer experience at the point of sale</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the key liaison between regional shop partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and execution</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and pilot new sales concepts and workflows, then scale what works across markets</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure consistent shop standards and brand guidelines across all LATAM locations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (sales volumes, conversion, partner satisfaction, fulfilment rates)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with commercial, operations, product, and marketing teams to bring projects to life</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuously evaluate and improve shop processes and partner playbooks to drive operational excellence</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, sales channel management, or a related field  ideally in travel, mobility, or consumer-facing networks</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and reporting tools to drive decisions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international teams and external partners</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset ,as comfortable in the field with shop teams as in a strategy review</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in  English; additional languages are a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel across the region to work directly with shops and Franchise partners</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
