About the role We are looking for a Senior videographer who will own end-to-end video production, from concept through final delivery, combining senior-level shooting and editing craft with proactive, direct stakeholder management. Joins the production pod as a peer-level senior craft owner alongside our current Senior videographer. Curious about what makes Moniepoint an incredible place to work? <a href="https://moniepoint.com/blog">Check out posts on how we cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and growth.</a> What you’ll get to do <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">End-to-end video craft, personally shot and edited, not delegated or outsourced</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Stakeholder communication and timeline ownership for assigned projects and duo relationships</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Craft mentorship contribution within the pod</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standard</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Own timeline and stakeholder communication end-to-end for assigned work, proactively flagging risk before deadlines slip.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Bring fresh creative and format ideas and contribute to raising production craft standards across the studio's production output.</li> </ul> To succeed in this role, we think you should have <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">4-6+ years in video production, with a reel demonstrating work that is both self-shot and self-edited.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated, provable track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, including under delivery pressure.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong storytelling instinct across formats: documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.</li> </ul> What we can offer you <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
