Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Lead Data Engineer to play a key role in a critical data platform migration initiative. In this role, you will lead a team of talented data engineers in transitioning our existing data infrastructure from PySpark, Athena, and BigQuery to a modern stack centered around dbt and Snowflake, with Airflow for orchestration. You will be responsible for defining the frameworks, architecting scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and governance, and mentoring the team throughout this transformation. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our data capabilities.   Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Conduct user research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and expectations.</li> <li>Gather, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.</li> <li>Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile platforms.</li> <li>Create visually appealing and user-centered interfaces that align with business goals, accessibility standards, and design best practices.</li> <li>Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback throughout the design process.</li> <li>Conduct usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Marketing stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners to ensure successful product delivery.</li> <li>Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and experiences.</li> <li>Create detailed design documentation, specifications, and implementation guidelines for development teams.</li> <li>Advocate for user-centered design principles and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.</li> <li>Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and business requirements.</li> <li>Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> Must-have Skills <ul> <li>4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, information architecture, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.</li> <li>Experience designing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Figma and FigJam.</li> <li>Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.</li> <li>Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Ability to create and maintain design documentation, specifications, and design system components.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>Portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI design projects and measurable business impact.</li> </ul> Nice-to-have: <ul> <li>Experience working with enterprise applications, digital platforms, or large-scale product ecosystems.</li> <li>Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with QA teams to validate and refine user experiences during implementation.</li> <li>Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decision-making.</li> <li>Experience contributing to native mobile design guidelines and platform-specific experiences.</li> <li>AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
