About the Role Own product direction and delivery for an AI-powered platform that helps teams manage temperature-sensitive logistics and quality workflows. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning to turn complex, regulated customer needs into practical software that supports faster, better-informed decisions. What You'll Do Own roadmaps for core product capabilities and AI agents, prioritizing work based on customer needs and business impact. Shape agent features that provide clear reasoning, act only within user-approved boundaries, and keep auditable records of actions. Conduct product discovery with customers in pharmaceutical logistics, quality, and supply chain operations. Translate complex workflows into clear requirements and collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to ship features. Define and track measurable outcomes, such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases. Iterate on AI capabilities grounded in customer data and operational knowledge. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products. Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers. Experience owning roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, and measuring product outcomes. Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharmaceutical logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users. Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Azure Kubernetes is relevant. Cold-chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or GxP experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity and health coverage.
