In this role, you’ll take ownership of end to end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategies across a broad range of business functions. You will join an international team of 6, distributed across Germany, Bulgaria, Ukraine and India, working closely together in an agile, collaborative way. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Own end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles in Bulgaria and across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies and defining effective sourcing and assessment approaches</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Lead and conduct structured interviews independently, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selection process</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Use recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Deliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">7+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, marketing, sales, operations etc.) and seniority levels</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationships</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Resilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or quality</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluent in English & Bulgarian, with excellent communication skills </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
