As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable platform services and shared libraries that improve developer productivity, system reliability, and delivery velocity. You communicate clearly, give direct feedback, and expect the same in return. <h2 style="text-align: justify;">What You Bring</h2> Skills & experience Required <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You'll have 7-8 years of related software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree, or a master's degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You've demonstrated strong experience in software development focused on backend systems and services.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You bring proficiency in Java, C#, C++, or similar backend languages, with strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You have experience building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems, including 3+ years designing, building, deploying, and maintaining container-based applications.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You bring 4+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You have experience with Continuous Delivery practices and automated deployment pipelines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, and experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-level technical leadership.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You bring working knowledge of secure development practices and security considerations in distributed systems.</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in financial services or the fintech industry.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with shared platforms, distributed systems, developer productivity, or engineering ecosystem practices.</li> </ul> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You've used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to improve your own productivity.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Our AI Mindset</h2> We build with AI.
