The MVV team owns the core audio and video communication infrastructure within the Symphony app, heavily utilizing WebRTC.</p> <p>As a senior member of this small, agile team, you won’t just maintain server-side media backend services, you will also drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and take full ownership of robust, scalable backend systems. If you are someone who proactively shares ideas, challenges the status quo, and takes extreme accountability for deliverables, you'll fit right in.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Architect &amp; Implement: Lead the design, implementation, and testing of highly scalable server-side microservices utilizing Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript, ensuring optimal interaction with the broader Symphony ecosystem.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">CI/CD Leadership: Drive and evolve our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies, keeping Jenkins at the center of our automation pipeline.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management to define technical requirements and collaborate across engineering teams to execute seamless product integrations.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">System Reliability: Investigate complex production issues or performance bottlenecks.Document thorough failure analyses, post-mortems, and root cause analyses (RCA) to continuously improve platform resilience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Mentorship &amp; Quality: Lead constructive, collaborative backend design sessions and code reviews.
