Across Adyen Impact, we work to enable the full potential of our ecosystem, ensuring that our social initiatives are deeply integrated with our core business to create scalable, impactful solutions.</p> <h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Senior Social Impact Program Manager (Nonprofits)</strong></h3> <p>We're looking for an experienced Impact Manager to lead and evolve Adyen's nonprofit partnership strategy across our impact model spanning engagements, grants and fundraising.</p> <p>In this role, you'll oversee Adyen's nonprofit ecosystem, building a scalable approach to nonprofit engagement and continuously improving how organizations work with Adyen across grants, community programs and our Adyen Giving product.</p> <p>Beyond nonprofit partnerships, you’ll shape our emergency response strategy, partnering with product, partnerships, commercial and social impact teams to ensure customers and employees can contribute to crisis response with speed and scale. You’ll manage strategic relationships with organizations including UNHCR, the Red Cross, WWF and our nonprofit technology partner, Goodstack.</p> <p>As a strategic thinker, you enjoy turning complexity into scalable solutions and collaborating in a commercial and fast-moving environment. You understand the opportunities and challenges facing the nonprofit sector and believe that strong collaboration between business and nonprofits can create lasting impact.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Nonprofit Partnership Strategy</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead Adyen's global nonprofit portfolio, including strategic nonprofit partners, grantees and the Goodstack partnership.</li> <li>Develop and execute a scalable nonprofit partnership strategy aligned with Adyen's impact priorities and business objectives.</li> <li>Identify, evaluate and cultivate high-impact partnerships that create measurable outcomes for communities, customers and employees.</li> <li>Own our partnership with Goodstack, defining partnership priorities, identifying growth opportunities and and partnering with internal stakeholders responsible for Goodstack-enabled products, including nonprofit onboarding, verification and the Community Impact platform.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Emergency Response Strategy</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop a cohesive emergency response strategy across product, grants and community programs, enabling Adyen to respond quickly and effectively to crises while continuing to invest in prevention and resilience.</li> <li>Bring nonprofit and humanitarian expertise into product, program and strategic decisions across Impact teams.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Grants Portfolio Optimization</strong></li> <ul> <li>Standardize and continuously improve the nonprofit experience across Adyen’s customer-led, employee-led and Adyen-led grant programs.</li> <li>Strengthen grant processes, governance and scalability to enable effective partnerships and impact delivery.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Ecosystem Engagement & Insights </strong></li> <ul> <li>Stay informed on trends in corporate impact, humanitarian response, nonprofit sector trends and opportunities.</li> <li>Represent Adyen with nonprofit leaders, customers and in external forums. Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen Adyen’s impact offering and approach.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>What you bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience with at least 3-5 years in a corporate impact team, corporate foundation, family office, or managing corporate partnerships within a nonprofit organization.</li> <li>Strategic thinker who translates complex challenges into scalable solutions, balancing long-term vision with strong execution.</li> <li>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for nonprofits, customers and Adyen.</li> <li>Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly and drives solutions independently.</li> <li>Experience managing strategic partnerships and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborative partner and mentor who enjoys supporting the growth and development of others.</li> <li>Passionate about building partnerships that deliver meaningful impact while remaining pragmatic about what it takes to operate and scale effectively.</li> <li>Comfortable working with tooling and systems that leverage AI to improve ways of working, accelerate problem-solving and create more efficient and scalable approaches to enabling impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
