About the Role <ul> <li class="pf0">Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.</li> <li class="pf0">Support month-end and year-end close processes.</li> <li class="pf0">Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.</li> <li class="pf0">Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li class="pf0">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li> <li class="pf0">Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li> <li class="pf0">Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li> <li class="pf0">Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.</li> </ul> <h3 style="line-height: 1.4;"> </h3> <h3 style="line-height: 1.4;">About You</h3> <ul> <li class="pf0">Bachelor’s degree in accounting.</li> <li class="pf0">Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting  roles.</li> <li class="pf0">Strong background in R2R/RTR .Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting standards. </li> <li class="pf0">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li class="pf0">High attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li class="pf0">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul>   We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
