It makes a difference!  What you will do: <ul> <li>Architect and design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable infrastructure and systems. </li> <li>Collaborate with software development teams ensuring reliability and scalability from the ground up. </li> <li>Develop and implement best practices, guidelines, and standards for SRE processes, infrastructure, and automation. </li> <li>Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and platforms for infrastructure, monitoring, and observability. </li> <li>Drive automation efforts through the development and maintenance of APIs, CLIs and services. </li> <li>Lead incident response and post-incident analysis efforts, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures. </li> <li>Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. </li> <li>Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SRE and cloud infrastructure. </li> </ul>   We are looking for people with: <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. </li> <li>3 years of experience in SRE or systems engineering/architecture roles, with a focus on development of highly reliable and scalable solutions. </li> <li>Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). </li> <li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and experience with scripting for automation. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). </li> <li>Strong knowledge of software engineering and DevOps practices. </li> <li>Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g: Github Actions, Azure DevOps). </li> <li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). </li> <li>Experience with Incident response processes and troubleshooting on Kubernetes environments. </li> <li>Experience with GitOps Practices and tools (e.g: ArgoCD, Flux etc.). </li> <li>Proven track record of architecting and implementing highly available and scalable solutions in a production environment. </li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement. </li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions. </li> <li>Knowledge of networking concepts, including load balancing, CDN, and DNS management is a plus. </li> <li>Knowledge in B2B ecosystem is a plus. </li> <li>Knowledge in Microservices architecture is a plus. </li> <li>Knowledge in OTEL (Open Telemetry) is a plus. </li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Service Mesh like Istio is a plus. </li> <li>Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AZ Certificate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) is a plus. </li> <li>Certification in Kubernetes (e.g: CKAD, CKA, CKS etc.) is a plus</li> </ul>   Who should apply? <ul> <li>You´re passionate about software development and knows how to ensure its quality; </li> <li>You´re motivated by building up world class solutions that impacts millions of users all over the world; </li> <li>Experienced working in an environment which uses and stimulates DevOps culture; </li> <li>You´re creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions; </li> <li>You can communicate clearly with your team and the company to identify issues and demands; </li> <li>You have the autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result. </li> </ul>   What We Offer <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus* </li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHub partnership</li> <li>Childcare subsidies</li> <li>Discounts on Ambev products*</li> <li>Clube Ben partnership</li> <li>Scholarship*</li> <li>School materials assurance</li> <li>Language and training platforms</li> <li>Transport allowance</li> </ul> *Rules applied
