You will be working in an international team and responsible for managing all operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners based in Spain. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage all operational topics related to bus partners, including onboarding, training, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and punctuality.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10859">Train, support, and develop drivers of bus partners, conducting regular inspections of buses to meet quality standards.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10871">Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10883">Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10895">Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Line Planning, Business Development) and external stakeholders (e.g., coach operators, infrastructure providers) to ensure seamless operations and strong partnerships.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10907">Oversee the launch and continuous improvement of new lines and stops, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with FlixBus standards.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Conduct regular field inspections and support bus partners’ drivers and supervisors to uphold brand image and customer service excellence.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Lead and support cross-functional operational projects focused on enhancing the passenger and driver experience, contributing to continuous improvement across the network.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Take part in cross-functional operational projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Plan to obtain the Transport Manager Certification within one year (cost covered by Flix).</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">A minimum of 6 years of experience in Operations or a dynamic daily environment (handling daily incoming requests with long-term projects to develop).</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11016">Spanish (native/proficient speaker level) is must, highly fluent in English. Language skills will be tested.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11092">Ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (bus drivers, operations supervisors) with high social and negotiation skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11112">Know how to analyze reports, draw conclusions, and provide solutions based on that.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11132">Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11152">Organized, independent, reliable and responsible working style.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11169">Willing to regular travel around Spain.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11169">Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
