About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage finance‑ and tax‑driven cross‑functional projects and lead finance/tax tech transformation initiatives</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Identify, pilot, and scale AI and automation use cases for finance and tax processes in close collaboration with tech and finance teams</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Track legislative and regulatory developments across markets and translate upcoming mandates (e‑invoicing, compliance deadlines) into project triggers</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Analyze tax and invoicing processes end‑to‑end and develop structured recommendations to improve compliance, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Convert regulatory requirements into executable implementation plans and drive cross‑functional delivery with Finance, Tech, Legal, and external vendors</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for tax technology projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and clear escalation paths</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Prepare structured updates and decision materials for senior leadership, act as the link between local entities and central teams, and help build scalable project‑delivery best practices </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top university in Business, Finance, Tax, Law, Economics or related field of study</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">5+ years of full-time work experience in finance, tax, consulting, or a related field - with demonstrable exposure to (tax) compliance, or regulatory projects</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proven project management experience - you have owned timelines, managed cross-functional stakeholders, and delivered in structured or complex environments</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data to back up assumptions</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and priorities</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluency in English is mandatory.
